We continue to invest in people with additional sales support staff in our centres and the development of specialist product management roles to provide in-the-field technical support to specifiers and contractors.
Our development continues through forging stronger relationships with leading European manufacturers to ensure that the Irish market has access to the most up-to-date building products available to the interiors market.
Our service continues with our estimation facility. Developed over many years, with a leading industry software manufacturer has resulted in our ability to offer detailed and accurate quotations quickly utilising specialist estimation software. We are also able to offer accurate quotations combined with layout and 3D drawings; offering customers that extra edge when tendering for projects.
Customer Support

Branch based telesales teams provide the first point of contact for customers. Each team member receives ongoing product training and is supported by a team of product specialists who can assist with design, technical and installation issues.
Our counter staff provide a fast and efficient service to customers who visit centres to collect; ensuring minimal delay between order placement and collection, vital in today's fast-paced business environment.
